Clairol.com needed a refresh. The main challenge of this project was to create a cohesive brand look and feel while allowing each of Clairol’s sub brands to feel unique. The second challenge was to make it all happen within a very rigid template. One that challenged our ability to show shade selection, which is crucial for a hair color brand with up to 50 shades per product. It took some creativity, and almost a month in India, but we brought a fresh look and much improved shopper experience to Clairol’s online presence.
